The PEIS is characterizated by a software and an equipment for management of public service through the availability of passwords to the users. The system organizes rows, disposing to the users a password that indicates through one or more electronic panels (according to the project peculiarities), the attendant to which they must be driven for service (Ex. : password S04 - attendant 18).
The emission of passwords obeys to a chronologic order, being able to will be subdivided by categories according to the peculiarities of the service and priorities such as: physical deficients, pregnant women, elderly,.. And by category of service: certificates, inscriptions, transference, revisions, emission of guides, informations, and others, according to the client's needs.
IMPLY supplies with this service system, a computer software that permits each attendant unit to perform the call of the next password, through the computer. Beyond that, supplies a program for the management and configuration of the system, that provides the generation of varied reports such as: statistics, number of services (total and per attendant), medium time of service by member of staff, maximum and medium times of wait, number of persons in the row, last password emitted, last password called, etc.
