For these and other advantages, the results improve cost-effectiveness of production, not only on the assembly line, but also are reflected in a significant impact on the overall productivity of any company. Therefore, the Informative Production Panel has been used by the most modern and dynamic companies on the market.

The panel dimensions can be easily personalized, according to the needs of each company. Moreover, the quantity, size and type of displays of the PIP can be customized to display different information such as:

Production target: total, per hour, per shift, daily or monthly;
Average of parts produced per hour;
Current Production (total number of parts produced to date);
Quality control: score and score medium, number of approved units and number of disapproved units;
Productivity: current (percentage of parts produced according to the production objective), or cumulative (average productivity monthly, daily or per shift);

The data can be supplied to the panel by a sensor connected to the production, which emits a pulse for each piece produced, counting the number of parts produced. You can also program the machine to be turned off automatically when it reaches the number of pieces programmed.

Another option can be a terminal with LCD Display, keypad and control keys, or a button installed near the exit of the pieces. The calculations of hourly average production and effective use are made automatically by the panel during the course of production.
