R-19 Velocity Traffic Sign
The finality is just to alert the drivers whose are passing by the R-19, it blinks when the driver exceed the speed limit indicated in the R-19.
It counts with sensors speaded around the floor to measure the vehicle speed and send the data to the R-19.
The main objective is to instruct drivers not to exceed the speed limit and combat and reduce the sad statistics of the traffic accidents.
