VOTING - Imply® Parliamentary System

Imply® Parliamentary System was developed to bring efficiency and transparency to plenary votings. With this Intelligent System, the voting result is immediate, increasing the available time for discussion of the meeting issues. Take a look at some of its features:

• Provides a record of the attendances;
• Streamlines and optimizes voting processes: Controls the session, matter to be voted, daily agenda and the voting itself;
• Computes the data of votes at the end of each voting, work shift or certain periods of time at the choice of the operator;
• Its capacity can be adapted according to different situations;
• Controls user registration, passwords, smart cards and biometric ID;
• Records Sessions (separated by type - Regular, Special) through a separate number sequence for each type of session, including date of the session;
• Various daily and monthly statistical reports of the votations held;
• Prints using layouts defined by Parliament;
• Allows to export information in text documents, PDF format, and also for other systems.

Voting Terminals

Practical and safe, Imply® Voting Terminals are easy to handle. With LCD display, numeric keyboard (braille - optional), three vote choice buttons (Yes, No, Abstention), fingerprint reader (optional), and SmartCard reader (optional). For more modernity, they are also available in wireless version.

Security

Imply® Electronic Voting System has an unique security system. The Voting Terminals are fully protected through a restricted and individual password for each voter. Besides the password, it is also possible to use the contactless smartcard system, or yet, the biometric identification, where the voter is identified automatically by the system by reading his fingerprint. Furthermore, all information sent by the voting terminal is encrypted, providing total security.
